the relationship between social media and the successful of a business
in my opinion social media plays the big role on promoting the business of a company. the social media also give a big opportunity to develop and spread the business. the power of word of mouth before can be apply on this era but using the social media. instagram is the best place to promote the product.customer can click on hashtag and it will link on the original website. so it will easiest for customer to buy the product. if customer satisfied with the product or services, they will share the link or hashtag to other and automatically these product will spread widely. the seller need to speak in appropriate way to attract the customer. do not rude to customer when they ask the question because the customer always right.

how to measures customers satisfaction, trust and loyalty towards our brand? managing customers trust, satisfaction, and loyalty attitudes is very important for the long term growth of business. some business experience of difficulty on maintaining the customer loyalty because they do not put the high integrity when they run the business. they tried to cheated the customers to get high profits. the company should change this bad attitude if the company want to run the business for a long time. according to Huffmire 2011 "small increase in customers retention can dramatically increase the profit". this statement shows that company can gain profits even though there are small increasing of customers. company do not need to cheat on customers on behalf of goods or services to gain many profits. loyal customer will spend more money to buy the same product if they are trust and satisfied on that product. as the conclusion, when customers trust and satisfied on some product, they will totally loyal to keep using or buying the product.

This conference was a perfect time for us to address issues regarding terrorism, poverty, health, education, economy, crime and the environment. We may not be able to solve these issues within a short period of time, but effort and progress are all that matter for those wishing to make this world a better place for everyone. As former United States president Lyndon B. Johnson said, “Peace is a journey of a thousand miles and it must be taken one step at a time”. By working together, our dream to live in a peaceful world will become a reality.

"the slowdown of economic growth and how it effect the economic growth"
today i want to write about the above title.
"Malaysia is currently facing some real challenges, over and above lower oil prices, the falling value of the ringgit, and a slowdown in the rate of economic growth. This has lead some expats to ask us whether this is a bump in the road or a more serious problem. The answer depends on who you talk to. We continue to be optimistic, but certainly some events are cause for concern." (andy davison, 2015)
on 16 november 2015 held a talk on title of "Program Jelajah Universiti bersama Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri". The panel of the programme is dato' haji shahlan the objective of this programme was to answer the questions about current issues in Malaysia. the example of current issue is the increasing of oil price. he said, this increasing not only involving our country, but all the oil contributor all over the world such as UEA, Qatar, Iraq and etc. the world economic growth are controlled by US. as we know, US have their own propaganda to make sure we always sit and bow on their feet. they controlled all of the pricing items (oils, currency, world economy). so the increasing and decreasing of economy growth in Malaysia a little bit affected because of this propaganda. dato' shahlan asked us to continuously pray for our company. may Allah blessed our country always.

today, I wanna share with you some experience about time management as university student. as university student, one of the most important aspect that we by hook or by crook need to pay attention is time management. we as university students actually lead a very different lifestyle compared to those high schools students. we university students have to lead our life ourselves without daily care from both our parents and family. so, it is actually up to us 100% what we want to do in our lives. so, we need to really learn how to manage our time wisely.

Today's world was shocked by the suicide blast in the city of Paris. people nowadays become more cruel. police and most of people put the blame on Muslim because if the islamphobia among them. this. there must be a mastermind behind this incident that trying to blame Muslim and Islam. as we know, Islam never teach their follower to cruelty the other person. mybe this happen because the "mastermind" want to put the bad view of Islam. They might have their own agenda to exacerbate Islam in the eyes of the world. they might try to distract of people in all over the world about criminal in Palestine and Syiria. please consent not only for small incident, but more on big inccident such as war in Palestine and Syiria.

28 Oktober 2015 at 8 pm in Dewan Kuliah Pusat 4 was held a talk on title "Dilema Bajet 2016: Usaha Pemulihan Pendapatan Negara vs Hala Tuju Gen Y". The panels comes from a great person which are Muhammad Iqmal Hisham, first class honour holder of USIM 2012, prof dato dr mohammad b. hj alias, professor of faculty of economy muamalat and mr. engku anwarhilmi, ceo EA groups company.the summary of this discussion are focusing on the living cost are getting high and how government should to try hard to overcome this problem. Government not only need to focus on problem of high living cost but also they need to think how to change citizen's income from middle income to high income of living. the government also need to think about the house price that boost up to high day by day. if the price will increase rapidly everyday, how we as the Gen Y will survive to has our first house? pelabur2 luar jugak semakin berkurang melabur di Malaysia kerana kerajaan terlalu focus kepada untuk mengurangkan kos sara hidup. the unemployment rate also increase year by year. the government sometime only focusing on "people economy" compared to "capital economy". the government cutting down the budget for Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi almost 2.8 billion which is 18% compered to 2015. so sad to here it actually :'(. we work more but get less.
