how to measures customers satisfaction, trust and loyalty towards our brand? managing customers trust, satisfaction, and loyalty attitudes is very important for the long term growth of  business. some business experience of difficulty on maintaining the customer loyalty because they do not put the high integrity when they run the business. they tried to cheated the customers to get high profits. the company should change this bad attitude if the company want to run the business for a long time. according to Huffmire 2011 "small increase in customers retention can dramatically increase the profit". this statement shows that company can gain profits even though there are small increasing  of customers. company do not need to cheat on customers on behalf of goods or services to gain many profits. loyal customer will spend more money to buy the same product if they are trust and satisfied on that product. as the conclusion, when customers trust and satisfied on some product, they will totally loyal to keep using or buying the product.
